Rating the turn card in Texas Hold'em and Omaha

A turn card is called a blank if it is very unprobable that it helped any player. If a card is neither of high value nor completing a possible draw nor connecting with the flop, it is a blank in many cases.
Example: a deuce as turn card after a flop of three high cards of three different suits is a blank.

A turn card is being called a scare card, if there is a good chance that it helped at least one player.
Examples: 1. There are two diamonds in the flop, so any third diamond on the turn would be a scare card. 2. An ace following a non scary flop is a scare card.
Scare cards tend to intimidate players and thus can be used much more easily for a bluff than a blank – it is more credible to have hit this card.
